Salvation Army ‘Bed & Bread Club’ promoted during Twins baseball season
Are you a fan of the Minnesota Twins and The Salvation Army? If so, keep your ears open throughout the baseball season for radio ads and special content aired on 830 WCCO-AM during live broadcasts of every Twins game.
From May 1–Sept. 30, WCCO will broadcast radio ads that encourage listeners to join The Salvation Army’s Bed & Bread Club – a sustained giving program that helps provide food and shelter for people in Twins Territory all year long.
Additionally, during Memorial Day week (May 27-31), the Twins will broadcast a special Bed & Bread radiothon – sponsored by Cub and Slumberland Furniture – featuring in-depth testimonies from people whose lives changed because of The Salvation Army and your gifts. (Read success story.)
Becoming a member of the Bed & Bread Club is easy: Just give an ongoing monthly contribution of $10 or more, or a one-time donation of $120. Simple as that.
Your sustained support of the Bed & Bread Club will help supply nutritious meals and warm beds through Salvation Army food shelves, hot meal programs, housing facilities, and rent assistance programs.
Do you want to help people and families in Twins Territory? Join the Bed & Bread Club. Your monthly gift will make a huge impact.
