The Salvation Army of Hillsdale to Become “360 Life Center”
The Salvation Army of Hillsdale is announcing a restructuring of the operations from “corps community center” to a “360 Life Center.” The main difference between a corps community center and a 360 Life Center is that traditional Sunday church services and Sunday School do not take place at 360 Life Centers.
No programs or services are affected, and no cuts to the budget are planned. This means that youth character building programs, food pantry and feeding programs, Christmas meals and gifts, utilities assistance and all other current assistance to the Hillsdale community will continue.
No jobs will be cut due to the restructuring, but day-to-day operations will be handled off-site. Captains Curtis L. and Laura S. Lunnam have been appointed as the Adrian Corps Officers and will have the additional appointment as Administrators of the Hillsdale 360 Life Center effective Wednesday, June 29.
The staff and officers of the Hillsdale 360 Life Center continue to welcome volunteers, monetary and in-kind donations, and community partnerships. To learn more about the Hillsdale 360 Life Center please go to SAhillsdale.org.
