Each of us has something that holds us captive and keeps us locked in our self-made jail cells. Maybe it’s an addiction. Or grief. Or idolatry. Maybe it’s shame, anger or regret. Whatever it is that imprisons you, God’s deepest desire is to set you free. Take hold of His extended hand. Let Him lead you out of your dark cell and into the spaciousness of His love.
