Get Ready for Camp!

May 23, 2022

For many kids, it has been more than two years since things were normal. That is a lot of uncertainty and difficulty, especially for families of limited means.

But this summer, Little Pine Island camping is BACK! Camping at Little Pine Island focuses on having fun in God’s creation and teaching practical skills that many kids have not had the opportunity to learn, especially during the past few years. We meet campers physical, social and spiritual needs in a way they will take with them long after camp is done.

We hope to see children and teens from all over west Michigan and northern Indiana – both old friends and those who are new to our camping program! Check with your local Corps Community Center and plan to join us for a week of outdoor fun and new friends in a safe, educational environment. Children and teens (or their parents!) sign up for summer camp at Little Pine Island through their local Salvation Army Corps Community Center. Registration forms and deadlines are available from the Corps. For a map of our locations and contact information to get connected to a local Corps, click below.
