GREEN BAY - With below zero temperatures forecast for later this week, The Salvation Army Green Bay Corps Community Center will operate as a warming center. The Green Bay Corps Community Center will open from 8:00 am – 4:30 pm as a warming center throughout the winter on any day when the temperature, actual or wind chill, is below zero degrees. Those seeking warmth may use the chapel located at 626 Union Court.
Those also seeking a hot meal are welcome to participate in the noon lunch program. The Salvation Army of Greater Green Bay noon lunch program runs Monday through Friday from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm and serves around 33,000 hot meals per year to anyone in need.
