Q. How did you first learn about The Salvation Army/Echelon?
A. I was referred by one of the Echelon founding members

Q. What has been your favorite experience with The Salvation Army/Echelon?
A. My favorite experience has been the opportunity to engage with other like-minded young professionals.  We are a small group, but we all actively participate and volunteer at the events and meetings.  When you join Echelon, you make a commitment to be present and represent the Salvation Army the best we can.  Aside from the social networking opportunity, we are young leaders who are passionate about bringing a positive change in our community.

Q. What is one thing you believe the world should know about Salvation Army/Echelon?
A. Salvation Army is known for "doing the most good", and Echelon is mobilizing the next generation and advocating for the organization's efforts and mission

Q. What are 3 words you would use to describe Salvation Army/Echelon?
A. Community; Volunteering; Hope

Q. What was your favorite Echelon project to work on?
A. Volunteering at the 5 start dinner at the Emergency Lodge, Dinner in the Alley, and participating in an Echelon committee when I can

Q. Is there anything you’d like to add?
A. For those reading this and unfamiliar with the concept of Salvation Army/Echelon.  Echelon started in Dallas, TX in 2010.  A group of young professional from ages 21 to 35 came together to network, serve in the community, and ultimately act as a frontline advocate for the Salvation Army.  The idea became very successful and now there are several chapters across the country.  To learn more go to https://salvationarmyechelon.org/
