Financial assistance available for Sheboygan county residents struggling to afford

  • Prescription medication
  • Diabetic supplies
  • Eye exams
  • Glasses

Participating pharmacies include the local Aurora Pharmacies and Lakeshore Community Health Care. Controlled substances are not covered by this program. Eye exams and glasses are coordinated with the Optical Center at the Wal-Mart on S. Taylor Dr. in Sheboygan. Please provide the name of the medication or supply being requested.
