Thanksgiving Assistance Sign Up

If you or your family need Thanksgiving (Food Box) assistance for the Thanksgiving holiday, please apply!

Application Dates: Monday – Friday, October 25 - November 12 
Hours: 9:00am-Noon and 1:00-4:00 p.m.
Contact: Applications are preferred to be done by phone.  Please call 231-775-7131 for an appointment.

Applications require ID for all in household and verification of address.

IDs accepted will be:                                    

  • Drivers License                               
  • ID Card                              
  • Medicaid Card
  • Birth Certificate
  • School ID

Verification of address accepted:

  • Utility bill within 30 days
  • Current Bank Statement
  • Current Credit card bill
