Who we Are

The Salvation Army of Bay City, Michigan is an evangelical Christian Church. We are dedicated to bringing Christ to our community in a real, and practical way through teaching, preaching, feeding, assisting, visiting and helping in any way possible while keeping Christ front and center in everything we do. As William Booth, founder of The Salvation Army believed, transformation is the goal of all services we provide.

Our Local Leadership

Majors Kim and Rick Ray

Majors Rick and Kim Ray are the Corps Officers at the Bay City Corps. They came to us from Pekin, Illinois and are long-time officers in service of Jesus Christ and are strong leaders in fulfilling the mission of The Salvation Army. Their leadership is filled with care, kindness, and devotion to God’s work in our community. The Majors are open, welcoming, and have fallen in love with the Community. Meet the Majors:
