How we help empower youth

The Salvation Army provides programs for young people that give them a higher level of resources than they find in their homes and neighborhoods. Programs help build character and encourage them to be they best they can be.  By providing a wide array of programs for youth, The Salvation Army is striving to help children see the positive of life and help them set and achieve goals to reach their potential. 

Youth Nights

Join us Thursday Nights September -October and January -May for Music and Character Building classes. Music and Character Building classes are open to youth in Pre-K (4 years and older) - 12^th grade. Thursday nights begin at 5pm with dinner and end at 7:20, including music education and character building classes. Registration required.

Summer Camp

 Dates for 2024 Summer Camps at Camp Wonderland in Salem, WI have been released and are listed on the flyer below. 

 Fees for camps are as listed (limited scholarships available):

 Kids Camp: June 11-14 $10

 Teen Camp: June 17-20 $10

 Music and Creative Arts Camp: June 22-29 $25

 Discipleship Camp (limited to current or prospective Salvation Army Junior Soldiers): July 2-5 $10

 Family Camp: July 8-11 *contact Corps for fee information

  Leadership Development Camp: July 15-18 $10
