- Pathway of Hope - The Salvation Army has seen tremendous success bringing families out of generational poverty through our Pathway of Hope program. Alongside a dedicated case manager, families enrolled will plan and set goals, get connected to both internal and external resources, and ultimately learn how to support themselves out of poverty and into a new chapter of hope.
- Rent, Water, Utilities Assistance
- They can pick from the three resources. They can only get helped once every 14 months. The cap for funding for assistance is $ 100.00 per person or family. First come, first served
- Please bring the bill such as disconnect or eviction notice.
- When it comes to rent, you must have W9 from landlord.
- Bring proof of income such as earned income, SSI/SSDI/award letter, DHS printout, unemployment letter.
- Proof of ID along with address verification.
