Don't Just Serve Poverty, End It

The Salvation Army believes in not only helping face the hardships of poverty, but also preventing and breaking the cycle of poverty.

How You Can Help

 

The Programs that create real change for those in need across Clinton county

 

  • Social Assistance - when available, will help offset rent or fuel expenses to low-income families. Please contact susan.sharp@usc.salvationarmy.org for any questions 

 

  • Job Readiness Training - is available to help you find a job or re-enter the workforce. We will teach you how to create a resume, practice interviewing, using online job boards and creating a profile on an employment platform. We can even help you with clothing for your first interview. When you’re done you’ll have copies of your resume and be ready to interview.
