HOW YOU CAN HELP

Volunteers are vital to helping us achieve of mission of restoring hope and transforming lives. Here are just a few of the ways that you can help people in need in our community:

  • Pick up donated goods from Walmart.
  • Coordinate with other volunteers to receive and unload goods.
  • Make sure the food temperatures are appropriate.
  • Weigh boxes and record them for reporting.
  • Sort and organize items.
  • Help families shop for their groceries.
  • Help distribute bread to families.
  • At the Family Store: Sort and price merchandise, assist with pick-ups (heavy lifting), assist with baler (heavy lifting), and overall maintenance. We encourage volunteers to take ownership of each department.
