You'll find The Salvation Army ready to serve the most vulnerable families. Financial assistance for Consumer's Energy, propane or fuel oil payments when threatened with loss of electricity or gas for heating your home and keeping the lights on. Please call 810-232-2196 for intake to determine eligibility for assistance. All assistance is by appointment only. Our goal is to help keep you safe and warm. We can help with nutritious food from our Food Distribution Program, held at our L.I.F.E Center on Tuesday morning.
Our Leadership
Salvation Army Programs are led by Salvation Army Officers. These officers are responsible to lead by assessing needs, delivering programs and directing ministries for our local community. From serving food to balancing the books, they function as the Executive Directors and the Pastors for the Genesee County Salvation Army.
