Every day The Salvation Army helps cure hunger by providing nutritious meals to neighbors in need.
How we help cure hunger
Please apply prior to distribution day to receive supplemental food assistance.

Flint Beecher Kids Cafe: During the school year (September through May) we offer a hot meal for children ages 18 and under. This meal is completely free of charge and is available Monday through Friday from 3:00 p.m to 5:30 p.m.
Flint Beecher Diaper Distribution: In addition to providing boxes of non-perishable food items to those in need, we also distribute diapers to families with small children. We have a high concentration of families in our community, and we have found that distributing diapers is one way that we can help young mothers and fathers provide for their families. The diapers are made available Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday from 2:00 p.m to 4:00 p.m, and Tuesday 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
