Jackson County Receives $10,000 Grant from Glick Philanthropies Community Relief Fund
Inflation continues to place undue hardship on our communities, and we are committed to reducing the burden. That’s why Glick Philanthropies – a family of charitable initiatives dedicated to building community and creating opportunity – made a $10,000 contribution to the Jackson County Service Extension of The Salvation Army through the Glick Community Relief Fund. This program helps nonprofit organizations provide individuals, families, and communities with access to basic needs, such as food access, transportation, utility assistance, and mental health support. We will use this additional support to provide for the needs of the community. Many of these needs include rent and utility assistance, food assistance, gas cards, and other basic needs that can often be hard to access in this community.
