Coats for Kids is planned for October 2020 at the Indiana State Fairgrounds in the Elements Financial Blue Ribbon Pavilion. Children from across Central Indiana can come on this date to pick out a warm winter coat, hat, and gloves. We need your help to make sure that the thousands of children who show up will leave with warm winter coats. Click here for more information.
Angel Tree is a unique holiday assistance program that connects a generous individual or group with a deserving child (or "Angel") in need. Sign-ups for assistance will take place in Fall 2020. Angel adoption takes place after Thanksgiving for several weeks at Castleton Square Mall, Greenwood Park Mall, and the Indiana History Center in downtown Indy. You can also adopt an Angel online! The 2020 Red Kettle Kick-Off is scheduled for November! This date will mark the official start of the Christmas Season for The Salvation Army of Central Indiana. This year will be the 26th Annual WIBC Radiothon for The Salvation Army. This live, 36-hour broadcast includes a wide variety of hosts, guests, entertainment acts, and moving testimonials that help tell the story of how The Salvation Army is helping those in need in Central Indiana.
