Connecting with Community Award Winner

We are so proud and excited to share with you all that the collaboration between The Salvation Army, Community Rebuilders, and the VA won the Connecting with Community Award from Wood TV 8! Out of 30 nominees and 8 finalists, our partnership to outreach to homeless Veterans and connect them with services and housing was chosen by a panel of judges for the 2017 Connecting with Community Award. What a tremendous honor! 

This award is an opportunity to show the community that we are all committed to ending Veteran homelessness and serving those who have served our country.
