The Salvation Army provides meaningful worship services, prayer groups, ministry, and Bible study programs. Come visit and learn more about our faith.
The Salvation Army places of worship are sometimes called "citadels" or "temples" or "corps community centers." They are Christian churches that focus on serving their local community and offer a warm welcome to all.
Most Salvation Army places of worship hold weekly worship services on Sunday. These meetings can include singing, Bible readings, testimonies, and presentations by worship or drama groups. A pivotal aspect of every Sunday morning worship service will be Biblical teaching by a dedicated servant of Christ. As well as services on a Sunday, there are often weekday and evening activities, such as prayer groups, family events, lunch groups, youth clubs, and senior groups.
Why not visit your local Salvation Army worship center and see for yourself all that it can offer?
