7-7-2017 Hazmat 2 Tonne Road Elk Grove Village
An EDS staff witnessed the explosion at Grecian Delight on the way to work, contacted EDS Director who asked a staff member to deploy canteen to the scene.
7:50 a.m. Larry Pilotte was deployed in CM117 to the scene of Hazmat 2 on Tonne Road in Elk Grove Village. At 11:15 a.m. EDS volunteer Donna Ceglarek was deployed to the scene to assist Larry on CM117.
At 1:30 EDS staff drove out to the scene to check if more supplies were needed. Firefighters expressed their gratitude for our canteen support of hydration and food.
