National Volunteer Week
In the month of April 12—18 we celebrated Volunteer Appreciation Week. How ironic that this week fell in a month that EDS was deployed to the Fairdale Disaster caused by an EF4 tornado which lasted over 2 weeks long; and three 2-11 Alarm Fires; and five Special Duties as well. Thank you, volunteers, one and all, you are appreciated, without you The Salvation Army EDS Metro Division could not have done “The Most Good” in this month of April.
