Rockford 2-11 Warehouse Fire June 25, 2017
The Rockford F.D. Dispatcher called EDS hotline on June 25, 2017 requesting an EDS canteen to support their first responders who were fighting a 2-11 warehouse fire at 301 S. Main Street Rockford. EDS volunteers: Lynn Sjogren, Scott Allshouse Mike Leupold, and Julie O'Malley were deployed in CM111 and served hot meals and hydration to the fire fighters over 7 hours. EDS Duty Officers Dino Bouras and Laurie Osberg supported the EDS canteen team on all movement of crew and vehicle.
