CHRISTMAS ASSISTANCE

Love Beyond Christmas morning this season! 

The Salvation Army will help make spirits brighter this Christmas through various holiday programs in the greater St. Louis Metropolitan area. Please review our Angel Tree, general holiday assistance, and Adopt-A-Family program registration information below, and click on the "Registration Flier" button for a document with more registration information.

Angel Tree:

Every Christmas there are children who do not receive gifts because their families are struggling financially and cannot afford the expense. The Salvation Army’s Angel Tree Program (formerly known as Toy Town) has been running for over 40 years to ensure that these children have a wonderful holiday season with their families. Families with children 12 and under may participate in this program. Applications are taken from October 1-October 31st in person (see registration flier or online at www.SaAngelTree.org. General Holiday Assistance:

The Salvation Army provides a grocery voucher to individuals and families in need in St. Louis City and St. Louis County. The holiday vouchers can be utilized at participating local grocers for so that families can share a holiday meal. Families with children over 12 years old or households with no children qualify for this program. Registration for this program is in person from October 1-October 31st at the times and locations listed on the flier. Adopt-A-Family:

The Salvation Army partners with local social service agencies and local donors to provide holiday assistance for families that have experienced extraordinary hardship during the year and are currently working with a social service agency. Nominations for this program must come from a social service agency. Submissions for the Adopt-A-Family Program are reviewed and adopted by local donors.
