We Are an Organization Dedicated to Doing the Most Good in your community.

Who we Are

The Salvation Army believes in faith put into action and making life better for others. Our services meet physical, emotional and spiritual needs to rebuild lives and create lasting change. Help is given freely and without discrimination, while preserving the individual's dignity. We're here to change lives, one at a time.

Our Local Leadership

Major Kevin and Captain Amy Cedervall

The Salvation Army is led by officers — ordained ministers — who supervise the many programs and services provided in your area. They also serve as administrators, counselors and youth leaders. At The Salvation Army Columbia, Major Kevin and Captain Amy Cedervall are your primary point of contacts for questions, comments or requests for assistance.

Other leadership staff include:

Sean Spence, Director of Community Relations

Melody Freeman, Business Director

Tambra Redden, Shelter Director for Harbor House

Elaine Juergens, Store Manager for Parkade Thrift Store

Lisa Kulage, Store Manager for Walnut Thrift Store
