The Salvation Army St. Louis and Christian Hospital will host The Pathway to Health Fair at the Ferguson Community Empowerment Center from 11am-3pm. There will be free blood pressure, cholesterol and glucose screenings. Multiple educational booths, kids fun area and free healthy snacks. A Mammogram Bus will also be available but is appointment only. To pre-register for the mammogram bus call 314-747-9355.
