The Believe Project

You are invited to witness the ribbon cutting on the first Believe Project Literacy Library at The Salvation Army Ferguson Community Empowerment Center, Tuesday, September 10, 2019. The project’s vision is to ensure that “all children become confident and competent readers by the end of third grade” – focusing especially on books written by black authors and/or for black children’s audiences.

The program will start at 4:00 PM on the first floor followed by the Ribbon Cutting and tour of the Literacy Library.
