The establishment, known for its delectable offerings, pledged to donate $1 from every meal purchased on Thanksgiving Day to The Salvation Army of Hannibal. The result was a heartwarming contribution totaling $1,000.
Chad Douglas, Donor Relations Coordinator at The Salvation Army of Hannibal, expressed gratitude,
stating, "We're thankful for this generous donation. During the holiday season, the need is greater than ever in our community. With this donation, we'll be able to help families pay utility bills, put food on the table, and provide Christmas gifts for children."
This act of generosity is part of Saints Avenue Buffet and Grill's ongoing commitment to positively impacting the local community. Recognizing the challenges families face during the holiday season, the restaurant has decided to extend its philanthropic efforts. They will continue their support by donating $1 from all proceeds of the Christmas Meal scheduled for December 25. The festive menu, available from 10 am to 2 pm, promises a traditional Christmas experience for patrons.
