The Salvation Army is helping provide rent, utilities, childcare support, and transportation assistance in St. Louis County, St. Louis City, and Jefferson County, Missouri.
2024 United to Help Our Neighbors Assistance
The Salvation Army is currently assisting families in St. Louis County, St. Louis City and Jefferson County, Missouri with the following services: Rental Assistance, Utility Assistance, Childcare Support and Transportation.

Assistance Qualifications
To qualify for this assistance, residences and homes must be in the areas in the map below, that are within the boundaries and have zip codes in St. Louis County, St. Louis City, or Jefferson County.
Applicants, must also meet the following initial eligibility criteria:
- Must be a Missouri Resident living in St. Louis County, St. Louis City or Jefferson County
- Must have at least one child under the age of 18
- Must be responsible for paying the bill for your home (rent/mortgage, utilities and childcare)
- Income must meet or be below the 185% of Federal Poverty Guidelines for your household size (Details)
If you meet the qualifications listed in the descriptions above, please visit, fill out, and submit the form. The Salvation Army St. Louis Social Services team will contact you for further review and confirmation of your eligibility for rent and utilities assistance.
