Meeting Adults Right Where They Are

Our programs sustain the bodies, minds and spirits
of men and women of every age and background.

Poverty Can Impact Every Aspect of Life

Our adult programs and services focus not only on physical needs but also emotional, social and spiritual well-being, too.

Food, fellowship and physical exercise are the cornerstones of our adult programming. The Salvation Army of Norfolk is a welcoming place where adults of all ages gather to enjoy nutritious meals, engaging activities and encouraging connection.

How We Partner with Adults

Community Meal Program  |  Monday through Friday from 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
We serve a nutritious, satisfying lunch five days a week to anyone in need who walks through our doors, offering not only physical sustenance but also an inviting environment where people can enjoy companionship and community.

Women's Ministry  |  Mondays at 10 a.m.
Fellowship is an important part of spiritual health, which is why we offer the opportunity for women to come together to connect and study God's Word in community.

Faith Fit  |  Mondays and Thursdays from 5:15 - 6:15 p.m.
Enroll in our Faith Fit Zumba classes to get some exercise, relieve stress and have fun.

Adult Bible Study  |  Wednesdays at 10:30 a.m.
