The Virtual Angel Tree is an easy way for you to view and select Christmas gifts for children, teens, senior citizens, and families in need. This program is available to individuals, groups, and corporations. Unwrapped gifts can be dropped off at The Salvation Army's Divisional Headquarters or at one of the participating locations listed below.

The Basic Steps

1. VISIT VIRTUAL ANGEL TREE

Select a Virtual Angel Tree location (links listed in drop-down menu below) or use the link provided to you. Create an account with your email address, or log in if you've used the site before. 

2. SELECT ANGEL(S)

Choose an Angel you would like to shop for. Click on an Angel on the tree, or select criteria (e.g., age, gender. etc) to search for an Angel. You can email and print Angel Tree Gift Tags prior to shopping for your Angel(s) — you will need to attach these tags to all (unwrapped) gifts. 

3. SHOP

Visit a local store or shop online. Please spend no more than $50 on each Angel.

4. DELIVER GIFTS

If you shop local, please deliver the unwrapped gifts with the Angel Tree Gift Tag attached to the assigned location (listed on that tag). Please confirm the location is open for your delivery, and follow all CDC and Salvation Army safety protocols. If you choose to shop online, ship unwrapped items to the assigned location with the Angel's code in the shipping notes. Refer to our user guide for more helpful hints on the shop & ship method.

If you are dropping off gifts for Divisional Headquarters, Chicago Teen Tree, or Chicago Senior Tree, you may drop off Monday-Friday between 8:15am – 4:15pm at 5040 N Pulaski Rd. Call 773-725-1100 and let the front desk know you have angel tree gifts.
