We Fight for Human Rights & Social Justice in Our Community.

We Fight for Human Rights & Social Justice in Our Community.

Along with providing immediate refuge and relief, we take a holistic approach to healing; helping clients move from surviving to thriving.

Nearly 2/3 of former inmates are unemployed or underemployed five years after being released from prison.

Between 14,500 and 17,500 people are trafficked into the U.S. each year.

The Salvation Army fights for human rights and social justice.

The Salvation Army believes nobody is for sale and that everybody needs a second chance. We fight for people who are being trafficked, giving them support and resources to leave the situation. We help inmates and people recently released from prison reconnect with their families and the community as a whole. The Salvation Army provides counseling, job training, referrals, and other support systems to help them remain free from a life of crime.
