YOUR DONATIONS MADE THE DIFFERENCE

The 2023 Westlake ACE Hardware Fan Drive just wrapped up, and the results were wonderful!

Some $105,000 was raised nationwide during this latest edition of the drive, in which store customers donate at the register toward the purchase of new boxed fans to be given away at their local Salvation Army unit. The Salvation Army-Omaha took part in this drive—as it has done each year for the last decade-plus.

Now, thanks to the generosity of our metro-area donors, the Salvation Army Burrows Center (6101 NW Radial Hwy) will be receiving a shipment of 315 new boxed fans come mid-July. These fans will be given away to those in need as part of our Summer Fan Program, which we run at the Burrows Center each summer season.

Our thanks go out to everyone who donated this year—plus, we’re sending a huge THANK YOU to our friends at Westlake ACE Hardware for their outstanding partnership.
