The Birdies for Good Golf outing has raised more than $122,000 during its first two years to benefit those who need help in our community. Through this generous support, The Salvation Army was able to provide...
- 1,000 families with enough food to feed them for a week through our Food Pantry
- 1,000 men with lodging, meals and case management to help them take the next step forward in their lives through our Safety Net Program at the Sylvia Fites Center
We would like to recognize those businesses and individuals who are making this year's Birdies for Good event possible. Without their generosity, The Salvation Army would not be able to impact so many people’s lives when they need food, shelter or guidance.
Two very special organizations have chosen to be this year's Platinum Sponsors - J.J. Braker & Sons and OSF Healthcare. The Salvation Army of Peoria is blessed to receive generous support from both of these local businesses over past years & especially now towards the Birdies for Good Golf outing. By becoming Platinum sponsors they combined to give this year's event over $10,000 of support.
