Join the Salvation Army of Winnebago County for a Neighborhood Block Party

Gather with the community and join us for a Neighborhood Block Party on Thursday, August 17. In partnership with the Rockford Police Department and Rockford's Neighborhood Improvement Initiative, we'll be serving up some food and fun at Washington Elementary School, from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. We hope to see you there!
