Christmas in July at CherryVale Mall
We need your help!
The Salvation Army in Winnebago County recently lost over $100, 000 in funding this year for the Women's Restorative Justice Program (WRJP).
WRJP provides housing for up to two years and supportive services for at-risk women and their children in the local community. It serves women recovering from addiction who have a criminal history in Winnebago County.
Help support this program by participating in "Christmas in July" at CherryVale Mall July 26th through July 28th, 10 am to 8 pm.
You can help in two ways:
1. DONATE to the cause. Bring your cash donation to one of the kettles at the mall. Individual donations are great or you could get together with your family, friends, or co-workers to coordinate a more substantial donation. Donations, big or small, are appreciated.
2. VOLUNTEER to ring a bell! We have 2 hour shifts available inside CherryVale Mall from 10 am - 8 pm. Please signup online at registertoring.com. Enter Rockford, IL and choose a date, time and location. This is a great family activity. It is also an awesome community service effort for your youth group or sports team.
