Social Services

The Salvation Army provides social services to individuals and families who find themselves in need of basic Assistance.

When planting your garden this year, please consider growing an additional row to support struggling families in our community. The extra produce can be donated directly to our pantry.

We kindly request that only whole fruits and vegetables (not cut) are donated. To coordinate a drop-off time at our pantry and ensure space in our coolers, please contact our office at 815-972-1135.

With your help, local families can experience fresh produce!

The following services are available at The Salvation Army Social Services Center at 520 Hollister Avenue in Rockford, Monday - Friday, 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. Please call 815-972-1135 to make an appointment.
