DIGNITY HYGIENE DRIVE
GIVE THE GIFT OF A FRESH START
HELP BUILD HEALTHY BODIES & PERSONAL DIGNITY

Some of the simplest of life’s necessities that we take for granted are increasingly out of reach for many that we serve.  

The need for personal hygiene items is critical to the impact of one’s short-and long-term health that could be easily avoided. A person's hygiene from the youngest to the oldest is also an integral part in promoting their self-worth, confidence, and dignity.  Whether a child in a school setting or an adult in the community, cleanliness impacts not only the quality of one’s life but their outlook.  

The need for basic necessities continues to rise. While the government-funded Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), formerly the Food Stamp Program helps people to acquire groceries, SNAP excludes them from using the benefits for personal hygiene items. With the dramatically increased food costs and the return of SNAP benefits to pre-COVID amounts, benefits have significantly impacted the financial stability of already struggling families. Since January of this year, requests for food and basic necessities has increased 91%.

Please join us by donating personal hygiene items to improve the health, hope, and dignity to individuals and families in our community who are vulnerable and struggling.
