Salvation Army of Whitley County Policy Changes

Temporary changes to Whitley County Services

With the Covid-19 recommendations changing everyday, we are doing our best to maintain our programs and services to the public.  We will have limited appointment times depending on the needs of the individual.  However; because we are housed inside a church, and work with other pantries and agencies, we are limited to the services we may be able to provide at this time.  The church is limiting access to the building, so at this point, our office is suspending walk-in service.  We are still available via phone, email, and Facebook to answer any questions and address any needs.  The furniture program is not taking any vouchers for the next two weeks at least.  Many, if not most, of our utility companies are suspending fees and disconnections during this time, and many food pantries are going to appointment and drive up services only.  Please call if you have a need, but be understanding that some services may not be available.
