Assistance Applications

Those in need of these services can submit their application for Food & Toy assistance on the following dates/times:

• October 31st & November 1st:
  • 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
  • 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
• November 2nd & 3rd:
  • 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
• November 10th:
  • 3:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.

Applications are accepted at 229 W Main St, Decatur, IL 62523

Required Materials to Bring: ID & Social Security Card (Or medical card) for each family member.

Toy & Food Distribution

Where: St. Paul's Lutheran Church located at

1 Bachrach Ct, Decatur, IL 62526

When: December 13 - 14 / 8:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.

Applications submitted will be contacted by Salvation Army staff to organize individual dates and times for distribution appointments.
