Reaching out to adults in our community Image

Reaching out to adults in our community

Through programs designed to address the mind, body, and soul, we meet the needs of adults of all ages.
Find out how to get involved.

Doing life together is better

When someone knows they are not alone, but has support and encouragement, life seems to be much more manageable. Our Adult programs are built to provide hope and purpose to all our participants by being intentional as we serve our community in the name of Jesus.

We would love to hear your story

If one of our Adult/Senior programs has affected your life in a positive way we would love to hear it and share it to let others know they are not alone. Email your testimonial to indyec@usc.salvationarmy.org.

How we help partner with adults

Whether you are a Young Adult or a Senior citizen we provide opportunities for engaging in programs or helping you get the help you need. For more information or to get involved in one of these programs call 317.299.4454 or email us at indyec@usc.salvationarmy.org.

Women's Ministries
Gathering once a week, this group has a fun time learning, talking, encouraging, and praying for each other as we meet as sisters in Christ. We meet on Wednesday mornings from 10:30a-11:30a at The Salvation Army Eagle Creek. We are looking for women to come as guests to teach us skills such as cooking or crafts. If childcare is needed in order to attend, please let us know ahead of time.

Men's Ministry
Through conversations and coffee, this group has a fun time building each other up in Christ. Conversations range from scripture to hobbies and everything in between as they hold each other accountable to what it means to be a man of God. The men's group meets every Wednesday from 10:30a-11:30a.

Senior Lunch
Lunch is served following Women's and Men's Ministry on Wednesdays at 11:30a and is open to members of the community as well as the residents who live in Booth Manor (Senior Living Center apart of our campus). This lunch provides an opportunity for seniors to gather around the table for food and fellowship, building an environment of encouragement and support. We are looking for volunteers to come and provide and/or serve lunch. Additionally, there is an opportunity to provide a continuous time of fellowship following dinner as we are looking for volunteers to host bingo, sing-a-longs, and other activities.

Young Adult Fellowship
We are a group of 20s and 30s who enjoy getting together for games, conversations, and Bible Studies. This group is made up of singles, married without kids, married with kids, and single parents. We are about love, family, support, forgiveness, and Grace.
