Helping those in need get through Life's storms

The Salvation Army of Fond du Lac helps meet basic material needs in emergency situations AND we pledge to provide up-to-date information and referrals to resources available throughout the community.

Material assistance is provided to individuals and families facing emergency expenses due to:

  • Illness
  • Death
  • Loss of employment
  • Fire
  • Disaster
  • Other crisis situations

The Salvation Army's material services are provided based on an assessment of:

  • Individual need
  • Income and expenses
  • Eligibility for public assistance
  • Initiative for financial recovery
  • Availability of community resources
  • Salvation Army funds at the time of the crisis

In order to be eligible for the Emergency Services program, a person must be:

  • 18 or older
  • Able to provide verification of identification, income, and financial need

If your zip code is: 54935, 54937, 53963, 53010, 53061, 53049, 53919, 53065, 53019, 53006, 54974, 54979, 53057, 54932, 54936, 53931 fill out this online form or call (920) 923-8220.

If your zip code is: 53204, 53214, 53215, 53219, 53220, 53221, 53227, 53228, 53110, 53129, 53130, 53132, 53154, 53172, 53207, 53235 are served by The Salvation Army Service Extension. If you are located in any of these zip codes, you can fill out this online form
