Love Beyond Christmas
The Salvation Army Fond du Lac has been a presence for 132 years during the Christmas season, whether it's through our Red Kettles, Toy Shop, or local events and projects. However, The Salvation Army works hard all year long to support those in need. Last year, a record 36,746 individuals came through our doors looking for help, for the strength to keep going, and the opportunity to get back on track. These individuals receive the best we have, which come from the resources you share. It is in our service that we see how we can love beyond.
This year, we invite you to join us however you can and Love Beyond Christmas. Below are some ways you can Love Beyond this Christmas season.
Golden Kettle Campaign
On December 1, 2022, all our kettles will turn gold to bring awareness to the need in our community and to celebrate all that the community of Fond du Lac has already done. Your kettle sponsorship this year will allow The Salvation Army to deliver hope to those in need year round. Bags of Hope
The Salvation Army invites you to contribute to the Bags of Hope collection. This is a program that helps to collect items clients of The Salvation Army need the most. We are currently collecting seasonal items such as family games and toys. Every item you add to the collection becomes a gift to a family who is struggling. Think of it as hope with a bow on top. Volunteer This Holiday Season
The Salvation Army of Fond du Lac needs Bell Ringers for this holiday season! Ringing the bell is a great way to spend time with your loved ones while Doing The Most Good! Sign up to ring with your family, friends, or community groups! If you post a photo on social media, be sure to tag The Salvation Army of Fond du Lac!

Christmas Kindness Challenge
The Christmas Kindness Challenge is simple and all comes down to one thing: treat others with kindness. Don't miss the opportunity to brighten someone's day or lighten someone else's load. One easy way is to thank the bell ringers and businesses who host a kettle! Without them, the kettles wouldn't be able to succeed. See our Kindness Calendar below which challenges individuals and families with acts of kindness each day! If you don't want to participate in the Kindness Challenge, then contribute to a Hailey's Holiday Toy Drive, benefitting The Salvation Army of Fond du Lac!
