Introducing Crystal Ognan, our newest smile on staff:
Hi! My name is Crystal and I feel incredibly honored and blessed to be stepping into the Social Services Manager position here!
I was drawn to The Salvation Army of Fond du Lac because I am very passionate about helping others and I know The Salvation Army has deep service roots in this community that reach out and spread hope to those who need it.
For me, service to others and spirituality go hand in hand. And what better place than The Salvation Army to bring those two passions of mine together?? So here I am! I am particularly interested in the Pathway of Hope program which empowers families to realize their true value and potential and rise above the challenges that have been laid at their feet.
I’m excited to become deeply familiar with the inner workings of this community so that I can lend my help and ideas in the most effective ways possible. I can already see very clearly that I have joined a team of very passionate, caring, and intelligent individuals.
I feel I can bring my positive and caring attitude, along with my education and experience, to this team and community to help get us through these unprecedented times as we continue to face the effects of COVID-19. I also am committed to helping The Salvation Army deliver services that pivot based on the ever-changing needs of the community.
