Our programs and Services

Food Pantry: 

  • Open Monday 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m., Tuesday and Wednesday 9:00 a.m. - 11:45 a.m. and 1:00 p.m - 3:30 p.m. at 402 N 9th St.
  • Please use the Chicago St Entrance (across the street from St Vincent de Paul).
  • You can shop for yourself, we can shop for you, or you can have someone pick up for you.  Questions?  Call 920-686-8989 

Mobile Pantry:

  • Provides food to Senior Living Apartments & Income Based Housing throughout Manitowoc County.  Contact us @ 920-684-7117 to see if your location is on our route.

Prison Aftercare Network: 

  • 2nd Tuesday of the Month @ 6:00p.m.
  • 4th Tuesday of the Month @ 10:00 a.m.  
  • Support for those previously incarcerated. This group offers support & helps to individuals as they work to reclaim their lives after release.

Church: 

  • Fellowship opportunity Sunday @ 10:30 a.m.
  • Worship service to follow @ 11:00 a.m.  

Men's Ministry:

  • Every other Sunday following church service @ 12:30 p.m. Contact us @ 920-684-7117 for dates. 

Women's Ministry:

  • Every other Wednesday @ 11:00 a.m. Contact us @ 920-684-7117 for dates. 

Bible Study for Adults:

  • Thursdays @ 1:30 p.m. 

Coats for Kids: 

  • Sign up begins in mid-September (same as Toys for Tots) and distribution is usually mid to late October. 

Toys for Tots: 

  • Sign up begins in mid-September (same as Coats for Kids) and distribution is usually mid- December.

Red Kettle Drive - Bell Ringing:

  • Volunteers & groups ring bells at our Red Kettles throughout November & December (and one week in summer) as our Major Fundraising Event.
  • Sign up to ring the bell at registertoring.com or call the office @ 920-684-7117

Social Services/CareLink: 

  • Limited Goodwill vouchers.
  • Gas cards for documented medical appointments. 
  • Some rent and heat assistance. 
  • Other needs considered as funding is available.
  • Contact our Social Worker at 920-684-7117 for an appointment. No Walk-ins please.

Pathway of Hope: 

  • Supportive case management/goal setting program for households with children who are looking to build a better future. Call 920-684-7117

Emergency Disaster Services (EDS):

  • Support local police and fire departments when called on locally and around the world.

Summer Camps: 

Open to any youth in Manitowoc County. Sign up begins in May. A small registration fee/family is requested, and online registration is required. Army Lake Camp is located in East Troy, Wisconsin. Transportation may be provided by the local Salvation Army. 

Adult Rehab Centers (ARC): 

The Salvation Army has, for individuals who have come to the place of desiring freedom from drug or alcohol issues, and adult rehab center in many different cities. An appointment to talk to a corps officer can be made by calling 920-684-7117 to discuss help with admission.
