WHAT IS YOUR STORY? HOW DID YOU END UP IN MILWAUKEE?

I was born in Milwaukee and raised in the Riverwest neighborhood.

WHAT KEEPS YOU IN MILWAUKEE/WHAT DO YOU LIKE BEST ABOUT MILWAUKEE?

Over the years, I've come to appreciate the perfect size of our city. It's large enough to provide ample networking opportunities, yet it's small enough to be sure that you won't be edged out of different circles. That social accessibility, coupled with a growing economy, keeps me in Milwaukee.

FAVORITE SPOT IN THE CITY?

Definitely Atwater Beach, can't beat the views.

MILWAUKEE FESTIVAL YOU ARE EAGER TO ATTEND EACH YEAR?

PrideFest

WHAT DREW YOU TO ECHELON?

I had a friend who was a member and I saw the incredible work that Echelon does. I'm honored to now be a part of a group that puts service to their community first.

SHARE WITH US A MEMORABLE EXPERIENCE YOU HAVE HAD THUS FAR WITH THE ORGANIZATION.

My favorite memory thus far was ringing bells to raise money at the Bucks game with the group!

WHAT STRUGGLES DO YOU SEE OUR CITY DEALING WITH? WHAT CAN OUR GENERATION DO TO HELP?

Our city is experiencing a lot of economic growth and character development, yet it is a challenge to ensure that all communities can grab on to that momentum. Our generation really understands that empathy can and should be combined with action. We will see disparities and work hard to level the playing field for everyone.
