What is your story? How did you end up in Milwaukee?

I was born and raised in Milwaukee.

What keeps you in Milwaukee/What do you like best about Milwaukee?

I live in Milwaukee to remain close to my family and friends. I also enjoy attending various performing arts events. Milwaukee is also a fairly safe place to live when it comes to natural disasters.

Favorite spot in the city?

My favorite spot in Milwaukee would have to be Miller Park. I always enjoy a ball game in the summer months.

Milwaukee festival you are eager to attend each year?

Each year I enjoy going to Summerfest and Festa Italiana. I enjoy listening to music and eating Italian food.

What drew you to Echelon?

To volunteer with a wonderful group of young professionals who want to make a difference in the Milwaukee community.

Share with us a memorable experience you have had thus far with the organization.

I have had a lot of great opportunities with Echelon. One of my favorite is volunteering at the NEWaukee Night Markets during the summer. This past year I attended all four of the events.

What struggles do you see our city dealing with? What can our generation do to help?

One of the big challenges Milwaukee is facing is poverty. As the Echelon group, we will continue to help raise funds and give back to the community through volunteering.
