Emergency Lodge Mental Health Services

Since June 2015, we have had a full-time Mental Health Counselor on staff.

She is a Wisconsin Licensed Professional Counselor, a National Certified Counselor and provides accessible on-site mental health counseling services for all residents including the corrections program. 

Counseling services are offered to clients who have left the shelter after successfully completing the program or for other reasons. 

Counseling services may continue to be coordinated including off-site visits.  

Mental health services currently include:

  • Emergency consultations and assessments for shelter residents
  • Mental Health assessments for Social Security applications, W-2 and housing programs for The Salvation Army
