ABOUT
There are thousands of children who rely on free or reduced lunch during the school year, and when school ends many would go hungry without help.
Feed The Kids is a 10-week summer meals program for children living in Milwaukee’s underserved neighborhoods. About 1,500 meals are distributed Monday through Friday, from June 23, 2025 to August 22, 2025.
The meal consists of a sandwich, fruit, snack, and juice or water.
The Salvation Army has provided more than 2 million meals through the Feed The Kids program since 1990.
Want to make a donation?
The cost per lunch is $2.10 ($2.50 with snack). We accept monetary donations or in-kind donations following items:

Volunteer Opportunities:
