The goals of The Salvation Army are fueled by a vision that sees an end to poverty, hunger, and homelessness. A community where no child goes without food, shelter, or opportunity.

The annual Swing Fore the Kettle Golf Invitational will be held on Monday, September 16, 2024, at The Wisconsin Country Club. With the generous participation of our supporters the Swing Fore the Kettle Golf Invitational has raised over $725,000. The funds raised this year will be used to support children’s programming and needs in Milwaukee County.

In 2023, The Salvation Army Milwaukee County:

• Provided 73,996 summer meals to children through the Feed the Kids program
• Distributed 49,983 gifts for children during the holiday season through the Toy Shop program
• Distributed 4,119 coats during the cold, winter months via Coat Distribution
• Distributed 2,198 backpacks filled with school supplies through the Backpack Distribution

John Kuhn (legendary Green Bay Packers fullback, and now iHeart radio host), is our celebrity golfer for this years Swing Fore The Kettle Golf Invitational.

Every $50 donation gives you one entry into a drawing for the opportunity for you and two (2) guests to play nine holes as part of John Kuhn's foursome. This drawing is sponsored by the Wauwatosa Lions Club. This promotion ends on August 30, 2024.
