Summer Staff Hiring

Do you love God? Love kids? Love the outdoors? Love to play? Then Northwoods Camp may be the perfect place for you to work! Our caring summer staff works to show the love of God to children and families and help them get the most out of their camp experience.

We genuinely believe in the power of camp and have seen firsthand how working at camp affects people. Besides being a fun and casual work environment, working at camp cultivates leadership, forges life-long relationships, and allows you to make a difference in people's lives.

Now Hiring for Summer 2024

Training opportunities begin June 3-7, 2023, and may include leadership training for our head positions, lifeguard training, archery training, and high ropes training. Full   staff orientation for all positions begins June 10th and our 2024 season is scheduled to run through August 5th. 

Staff are expected to live on-site for the duration of the summer camp season. All positions will receive a biweekly stipend with room and board included.
